PIA LOVES being active and studying movement. She studied a variety forms of yoga and exercise. After discovering Power Yoga, Barre, and Pilates, she could not get enough of these activities!

MAT PIALATES is a unique total body workout that focus on core strength and flexibility designed by Pia. It is intended to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, including those recovering from injuries. The method emphasizes controlled movements, proper alignment, and breathing techniques to improve posture, muscle tone, and overall body awareness.

YIN//RESTORATIVE//POWER YOGA //VINYASA//ARM BALANCES FOR INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED YOGIS

These yoga practices linked breath to movement . Strengthen and stretching with a very fun, creative and safe sequences. Express your practice with one on one session.
